The Division of Campus Life and Inclusion at Springfield fosters an open, inclusive and diverse environment where students grow as leaders while exploring, understanding and internalizing the Humanics philosophy.

Our passionate and committed staff of student affairs educators accomplishes our mission by working in conjunction with students, families, faculty and staff, through dynamic, intentional, and interactive cocurricular programs and services, which inspire an open and just community.
